Direct Secure Messaging was created by The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology to specify a simple, secure, scalable, standards-based way for participants to send authenticated, encrypted health information directly to known, trusted recipients over the Internet. If your practice currently utilizes Electronic Medical Records (EMR), clinical providers can correspond directly with Baptist Health providers in a HIPAA-compliant way via your EMR's Direct Address. If you want to receive Baptist Direct Address(es) or provide your own address(es) to Baptist, please fill out and submit the form below.

Note: These forms are not for patients. All forms are for provider and clinical office use only.
